The lobby was undergoing an update so as to be ready for the ski season. I was notified both by phone and e-mail to keep me informed and offered the opportunity to cancel if I was not satisfied. The employees were super and went out of their way to make our stay special,

The rooms are comfortable, featuring cozy fireplaces that add a perfect touch to the stay. Preferred parking is convenient, and the overall parking experience is excellent. A fantastic option for those seeking comfort, convenience, and great amenities in the heart of Vail.

First, the staff (especially the front desk staff) were very friendly and welcoming. Next, the hotel has been completely remodeled (much needed) and it is beautiful! Our room had a sweet little balcony that overlooked the creek and the sound from the water was beautiful and calming. Wildly convenient location, near everything we like to take in while there.

Amazing location right in the middle of Vail Village. Being able to walk out the door and wander around was lovely. Had some parking available, but even the public garage wasn’t far. The breakfast was a nice touch with great Denver burritos. Clean, large rooms with shared balconies. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We loved our creek view!
